Who holds the data. PlayLab, an independent creative technology studio based in Yerevan, Armenia, working worldwide. We are the controller of everything described here. Write to studio@playlab.agency about any of it.
What we store. Enquiries sent through this site: your name, company, email, what you are making, budget range, timing and how you found us. If you use the brief builder we also store your answers, the text extracted from any document you attach, the AI-drafted brief, the indicative range calculated from it, and later any terms of reference, proposal or project record connected to the engagement. Public document links record when a page was opened so we know a document has been read.
AI processing. The brief builder sends your answers and any extracted document text to a large language model to ask follow-up questions and draft the brief. Pricing is calculated by our own code, not by the model. Output is always reviewed by a person before we act on it. If you would rather no AI touched your enquiry, use the contact form instead.
Who processes it for us. Our hosting and database provider, our AI model provider and our email provider. They act on our instructions only. Processing happens on infrastructure outside Armenia, including in the EU and the United States.
How long. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once the conversation is clearly over. Project records — briefs, terms of reference, proposals — are kept for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for tax and contractual reasons, then deleted.
What we never do. We do not sell, trade or rent your information, we do not add you to a marketing list unless you asked to be on one, and we do not use your material to train models.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We act on deletion requests within thirty days unless we are legally required to keep a record.
Analytics. The site uses aggregate traffic measurement to understand which pages are read. It does not build profiles of individual visitors.
To have your enquiry, documents or generated brief deleted, write to studio@playlab.agency and it will be removed.
