Both, depending on what the frame needs. Generated material is treated as footage: shot-listed, cut on motion, graded to one palette and held to the same standard as anything through a lens.
- What deliverables come out of a film project?
A master cut with the social and vertical variants, stills pulled from the film, and the graded source so the material keeps working after delivery.
- How is a film project priced?
Against a written scope. You get an estimated range before anything is signed, and the figure moves only when the scope does.
