PlayLab builds production software — web platforms, portals and internal tools — designed and engineered by the same hands. Scope is cut before design begins, the domain is modelled before interfaces exist, and the work deploys to a real environment from the first week.

We build software end to end — product architecture, interface and code — with the same studio that designs the brand. Nothing is thrown over a wall, so nothing arrives looking like a compromise between two companies.

What does PlayLab build?

Web platforms, client and investor portals, dashboards and internal tools, built as production software with authentication, permissions, empty states and error handling designed rather than patched.

How does a software engagement run?

Fixed-scope build or a monthly product retainer, typically ten to twenty weeks, starting with a working session on scope. Weekly deploys to a live environment mean you use the thing while we make it.

What happens after launch?

Either a documented handover with a clean exit, or we keep running it on retainer. Both are stated up front; neither is a surprise.
