Founder Portal helps international founders prepare and coordinate the infrastructure required to launch a US business.

Company formation is only one piece. Payments, banking, websites, compliance, invoicing and operational setup all need to work together.

The website had to turn that complexity into a comprehensible journey.

The spine

01  /  The brief

Compress a US company launch — entity, banking, tax, compliance — into one path a founder abroad can actually follow.

02  /  The constraint

Ten disconnected authorities, each with its own sequence, and a user who does not know which question comes first.

03  /  What we made

  • Service architecture and launch path model
  • 1 platform — 12 templates
  • Content system for jurisdictions and requirements
  • Guided flow and progress patterns
  • Responsive build

04  /  What came of it

Ten disconnected questions became one ordered path, with the next step always visible.

01  /  Context

The target audience arrives with questions rather than product knowledge. Should I form an LLC or C Corporation? What information will banks need? Is the website ready for payment-provider review? What happens after incorporation? How do payments, invoicing and compliance connect?

The digital experience therefore needed to educate and convert simultaneously.

02  /  Idea

BUILDFROMANYWHERE.

The website turns a fragmented collection of launch requirements into one structured path.

Instead of forcing founders to understand every provider and dependency beforehand, the information architecture organizes the experience around what needs to happen next.

03  /  Experience

The site combines educational content, readiness assessment, service architecture, packages, country-specific information, process explanation, compliance guidance, pricing, resources and conversion flows.

The result is a content-rich service platform that still maintains a clear commercial journey.

04  /  Making

Every section had to answer a question. Every service had to explain where it belongs. Every call to action had to move the founder toward a concrete next step.

Complexity exists underneath. Clarity exists on the surface.

Design principle

Reduce uncertainty.

From ten disconnected questions to one launch path.
